Restaurant basics

Let's start with the basics. You can also claim an existing restaurant.

Finnish business ID, format: 1234567-8
Used for signing in and Pizzanet team communication.
Owner phone (not shown to customers).

Customer-facing contact details. These are shown on the restaurant page.

Opening hours

Set your restaurant opening hours.

You can edit opening hours any time from the dashboard

Tip: if the restaurant is open at night (e.g. 16:00 - 04:00), set the closing time as the next day. The system handles midnight crossover automatically.

Order methods

How can customers order from your restaurant?

Order methods and delivery zones can always be changed later

Add 1-4 zones. The customer address is geocoded automatically, and the delivery fee is determined by distance. E.g. 0-3 km = 4 €, 3-6 km = 6 €.

Menu

Add your restaurant menu. You can add items manually or skip this step.

You can add, edit, or AI-scan the menu also later
AI recognizes categories and items automatically. You can edit results afterwards.

Terms & Online Payments

Review the terms and choose whether to enable online payments.

5% commission on online payments

Pizzanet charges a 5% commission only on online payment orders.

Manual approval

We review all registrations (business ID and restaurant details) before publishing. Approval usually takes 1–2 business days.

Enabling online payments

Online payments are enabled after registration in the dashboard:

1. Sign in to the dashboard
2. Open the Payments tab
3. Connect your Stripe account (takes about 5 min)

Money does not pass through Pizzanet. Stripe pays out directly to your bank account.

Registration is free. You only pay a 5% commission on online payments. We will review your application within 1–2 business days.
